Fees
When scheduling an appointment please ask about my current fee. I offer limited sliding scale fee spaces for those in financial need.
Insurance
Although I do not accept insurance at this time, I can provide a monthly receipt of services for your insurance provider if they reimburse for an out-of-network provider. The best way to find out this information is to check with you insurance provider directly.
